Terms of Use

By accessing or using OneCent Feel, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

OneCent Feel is a community participation platform. It is not an investment product, bank, securities offering, brokerage service, trading system, savings product, lending product, or regulated financial service.

2. No Guaranteed Financial Return

Participation in the platform does not create any guaranteed financial return, profit, yield, passive income, ownership interest, or right to receive money or assets.

3. Voluntary Contributions

Contributions made through participation tiers are voluntary platform contributions that support participation features, platform activity, operational needs, community engagement, and other platform purposes described on the site.

4. Participation Tiers

Tiers such as Starter, Supporter, and Builder are participation levels only. They are not investment packages, deposit products, or guaranteed-value purchases.

5. MON Points

MON is a platform participation point. MON has no monetary value outside the platform, is not legal tender, is not a cryptocurrency, is not a redeemable financial instrument, and does not represent equity, ownership, debt, profit-sharing rights, or a claim on platform assets.

6. Referrals

Referral features are intended for community growth and user engagement. Referral-related activity does not constitute a financial reward program, investment return, commission-based employment relationship, or promise of profit.

7. Platform Changes

OneCent Feel may modify, suspend, limit, or remove features, tiers, referral mechanics, MON mechanics, access conditions, visual presentation, platform rules, or allocation models at any time where reasonably necessary for legal, technical, operational, strategic, or security reasons.

8. No Ownership or Property Rights

Use of the platform, accumulation of MON, participation in referrals, or contribution activity does not create any right to real estate, housing, land, project ownership, profit participation, partnership, or future guaranteed access to physical assets unless separately documented through a lawful written agreement.

9. Refunds

Contributions are generally treated as final, except where refunds are required by applicable law, payment provider rules, proven technical error, unauthorized use, duplicate payment, or explicit platform policy.

10. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using fake identities or multiple abusive accounts.
  • Attempting to exploit payment flows, referrals, wallet logic, or security systems.
  • Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, or unauthorized automation.
  • Misrepresenting the platform as an investment or financial return opportunity.
  • Engaging in fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, or unlawful conduct.

11. Account Restriction or Termination

Accounts may be limited, suspended, or terminated where OneCent Feel reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, manipulation, payment risk, platform misuse, or violation of these terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. OneCent Feel does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific availability, or that any feature will continue in its current form.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCent Feel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, special, or speculative losses arising from platform use, unavailability, data issues, user mistakes, or third-party service interruptions.

14. Governing Use

Users are responsible for ensuring their own use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

MON Disclaimer

MON is a non-monetary participation indicator used within the OneCent Feel platform.

  • MON does not represent money, stored value, or a bank balance.
  • MON is not legal tender and is not issued by a government or central bank.
  • MON is not a security, share, bond, fund unit, or investment contract.
  • MON is not a cryptocurrency unless expressly and lawfully redefined in the future.
  • MON does not guarantee redemption, convertibility, withdrawal, or exchange into money or assets.
  • MON may be displayed for platform participation, community interaction, badges, rankings, or internal features.

Any future changes to MON functionality, if any, would remain subject to platform rules, legal review, technical feasibility, and applicable law.
